Created by a group of community sector professionals, The Wholesome Few use their combined experience as support workers, Support Coordinators, Provider Managers, Disability advocates, Parents, and NDIS Subject Matter Experts to implement a service model that
re-invests into the most important people: the client and their team of supports.

Supporting someone with behaviours of concern takes more than training. It takes understanding, consistency, and a team that knows how to put behaviour support strategies into practice.

At The Wholesome Few, implementation of Behaviour Support Plans is overseen by our Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner. They work alongside support teams and directly with our clients to provide training, coaching, incident debriefing, and ongoing guidance to ensure strategies are implemented effectively.

They also collaborate closely with each participant's Behaviour Support Practitioner to monitor outcomes, review approaches, and ensure supports remain relevant and effective.

We believe behaviour is communication. By understanding the person behind the behaviour, we create safer homes, stronger relationships, and better outcomes.

We Know Behaviours

From top to bottom the Wholesome Few team embrace diversity, uphold equality and take every opportunity to empower people to reach their full capacity.

We are committed to ensuring all people have equal access to our services, and equal opportunity to be part of service delivery.
